Omgggg guys!!! You must try their Melo Lime Breeze. It’s so delicious and refreshing. The bingsu itself is light and milky and it pairs so well with the melon. The extra lime zest on top level up the overall taste experience. It’s so aromatic and brings extra layer of flavor to the bingsu. And the cheddar cheese waffle and Nutella waffle is our all time favorite too. Not to mention they serve high quality coffee. Their Americano and other coffee beverage are so good as well!

Great desserts, and being open late is an added bonus! Love the pet photos on the wall, too! We ordered two small bingsu and they are soooo filling! Loved my black sesame - takes me back to Seoul 😋 They have limited seating so best to come when it’s not rush-hour. Lots of options to choose from!

Desserts after dinner is essential. There are very few places that were open late, and luckily we found this gem. Parking: There’s a large parking lot, but since it was a weekend, finding a spot was difficult. Ambiance/Environment: We visited around 21:00, and it was poppin. All the indoor and outdoor seats were full. We had to wait for an open table. The tables and chairs can use a cleaning from the leftover crumbs. It’s a fun dessert spot to bring friends & family for a late night sweet treat. Service: There’s a self-ordering kiosk or you can order at the register. We ordered at the register. The cashier was simply quick and efficient. I will say throughput took a bit long bc of the high foot traffic and considering they make everything fresh. Desserts: We each shared two Ube Mochi Waffles and a single Choco Oreo. The waffles were lightly chewy from the mochi, and the ube flavor was subtle. They weren’t overly sweet. The Choco Oreo is a cookies n cream flavored infused ice. It tasted exactly as described. The crumbs gave it a nice texture, and the ice cream on top made it creamier. It wasn’t overly sweet either. The Irvine branch of Heybings is located in a plaza on Jamboree. I was here on a weekday afternoon before I got off work. I had the Nutella mochi waffle with a scoop of matcha ice cream, along with an iced matcha latte. Service was good, although slow as it is understaffed. I waited a good 10 minutes before my order was ready, but I appreciate the effort and care being put into each order by the lone staff member. The waffle was tasty and reasonably priced. Matcha latte was not bad. I wished I had time to enjoy one of their shaved ice, but there will be another time for that.
